Does LOWER RISK mean the coin is safe?
No. It means no major warning signs in the completed checks at that moment. Developers can still sell, and markets can still fall.
Which networks are supported?
Solana, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain.
Why did I get INSUFFICIENT DATA?
Key checks could not finish — usually because the coin is minutes old and data providers have not indexed it yet. Try 🔄 Refresh a little later, and treat the coin as risky meanwhile.
Can I add RAKAN to a group?
RAKAN works in private chat with the bot.
#Credits & billing
Does a refresh use a credit?
Yes, 🔄 Refresh is a new scan: 1 credit. The Security, Market and Developer pages are free.
Do unused credits carry over?
Plan credits renew every month and do not carry over. Extra credit packs stay up to 6 months.
I sent the wrong amount. What now?
Message support with the transaction hash. Payments that do not match an invoice are checked by hand.

What if a coin I scanned dies?
A miss costs at most −1 point, and the peak since your scan still counts.

That is a scammer. We never message first and never ask for keys, seed phrases or money. Support is only @RakanSupportBot.
Does RAKAN have a token?
No. Any coin using our name is not ours.
