Terms of Service

1. The service

RAKAN INTELLIGENCE ("RAKAN", "we") is a read-only security scanner for meme coins on Solana, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain. You use it through our official Telegram bot @RakanAiBot. RAKAN never connects to your wallet and never asks for keys or seed phrases.

2. Not financial advice

Every report is information from on-chain data and public security sources at the time of the scan. It is not financial advice and not a promise that a coin is safe or will keep its value. A coin can change after it was scanned. You decide what to buy and you carry the risk of that decision.

3. Plans and limits

• Free: 30 scans and 10 deep checks per month.
• Pro: 1,000 scans and 200 deep checks per 30 days, AI summaries, Watch and APED alerts for up to 10 coins, $12 for 30 days.
• Group: 3,000 scans and 500 deep checks per 30 days for one Telegram group, with AI summaries, $49 for 30 days.

There is no daily limit; an hourly limit stops automated use only. A paid plan's allowance runs with its 30 days; the free allowance renews on the 1st of each month, Dubai time (UTC+4). A plan does not renew by itself: you pay again when you want more days, and the new days are added to the days left. A price change never affects days you already paid for.

4. Payment

You pay inside the bot with /plans, in USDC on Solana, Base or BNB Chain, or USDG on Robinhood Chain. Each invoice has an exact amount, a network and an address, and is valid for 30 minutes. Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed on-chain. Send only the token and network the invoice names: a payment sent on another network or in another token may be lost, and we cannot always recover it. If you sent the wrong amount or after the invoice expired, contact us with the transaction hash and we will check it by hand.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 3 days of paying if you used fewer than 10 scans of the paid plan. Contact us with your Telegram ID and the transaction hash. The refund is sent in the same token to the address the payment came from, minus the network fee.

6. Fair use

Do not use automated tools to send scans, resell reports as your own service, or try to get around the daily limits. We may pause or close an account or a group that does this. Group plans are for one group.

7. Availability

RAKAN depends on blockchains and outside data sources. A source can be slow or down, and a brand-new coin may not have enough data yet; the bot then says so instead of guessing. We do our best to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, RAKAN is not liable for trading losses or for decisions made using a report. Our total liability for a paid plan is limited to what you paid for that plan.

9. Changes

We will update this page when these terms change and show the new date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the bot.
