Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

RAKAN INTELLIGENCE ("RAKAN", "we") runs a read-only meme coin security scanner. You use it only through our official Telegram bot @RakanAiBot. The website rakanaibot.com only explains the service. RAKAN is currently an invite-only private beta.

2. What we collect

When you use the bot as an approved user:

• Your numeric Telegram user ID, linked to an internal account number.
• The token addresses you scan, the network, the result (verdict), the time and how long the scan took.
• Your scan counts (daily and hourly), so we can apply the usage limits.
• A record of administrative changes to your account (for example, when access was granted or removed).

We do not store your name, Telegram username, phone number, contacts, photos or the content of your other chats. We never ask for and never store wallet addresses, private keys, seed phrases, passwords or payment details.

If an account without access messages the bot: the bot does not answer, and the owner receives a one-time security notice in Telegram showing that account's display name, username and Telegram ID. We keep only a count of such attempts, not their identity.

3. Why we use it

• To run your account, show your scan history and enforce fair usage limits.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To measure and improve accuracy and reliability, using aggregate statistics.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or build marketing profiles.

4. Who processes data for us

• Telegram delivers messages between you and the bot, under Telegram's own privacy policy.
• Hetzner (Germany) hosts the bot's server and database.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it; it processes visitors' technical data such as IP addresses for security and delivery.
• Blockchain and market data providers receive the token addresses being scanned so we can read on-chain and market data. They do not receive your Telegram ID or any other personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. Scan history is kept to show your recent scans and to measure accuracy; we are introducing fixed retention periods (planned: detailed records up to 30 days, scan summaries up to 90 days, operational logs up to 14 days). Encrypted backups expire on a rolling schedule. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (section 7).

6. How we protect it

The bot's server is not open to the public internet except through Telegram. The database accepts local connections only, separates each user's records, and is backed up in encrypted form. Access to administrative tools is restricted to the owner. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to keep exposure to a minimum.

7. Your choices and rights

• Ask what data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it. When we delete an account, your Telegram ID is removed and remaining usage records are kept only as anonymous statistics.
• Stop using the bot at any time by blocking it in Telegram.

To make a request, email [email protected] and include your Telegram user ID. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.

8. The website

rakanaibot.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts, and it has no forms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data to deliver and protect the site.

9. Children

RAKAN is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the bot.
