Delete your RAKAN account

Applies to the RAKAN app (RAKAN Bot: Scan · Call · Track), the Telegram bot @RakanAiBot and rakanaibot.com. Developer: RAKAN.

Option 1 · In the app (fastest)

Open the RAKAN app and sign in.
Tap Profile, then Settings.
Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your sign-in is removed at once and you are signed out on every device. The rest of your data is erased within 30 days.

Option 2 · Without the app

Send "Delete my account" to our support bot @RakanSupportBot from the Telegram account you use with RAKAN, or email [email protected] with your Telegram username. We confirm the request with you, then erase the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your RAKAN account, its sign-in links (Google, Apple, Telegram), sessions and two-step settings.
Your scan history, calls and leaderboard entries, Shouts, follows and watch lists.
Your remaining credits and plan.

What is kept, and for how long

Payment records (plan, amount, time, transaction hash): kept up to 5 years for accounting and legal duties. The transaction itself is public on the blockchain.
Anonymous counts (for example, how many scans ran in a day), with nothing that points to you.
Encrypted backups may still hold your data until they expire, at most 6 months.
