You pay in crypto from any wallet or exchange. The bot reads the payment on the blockchain and starts your plan by itself.

#How to pay

1. Send /plans in the bot (or open My account on the website) and choose a plan or a credit pack.
2. Choose the coin and the network.
3. You get an invoice: an exact amount (for example 15.37) and an address, valid for 30 minutes. The exact cents are how we recognise your payment.
4. Send that amount on that network. Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute or two, and you get a receipt.

#Wrong amount or late payment

A payment that does not match an invoice is never guessed. Message support with the transaction hash and it is checked by hand.

#Refunds

• Refunds are possible in the cases listed in the Terms.
• The refund is sent back in the same coin, by the owner, from the payment wallet.
• The plan days or credits that the payment bought are removed.
• The bot itself never holds keys and never sends money.
